Body Butter

Make your own body butter within minutes and avoid all the chemicals.
I have been trying to keep it chemical free for some time now by simply using oils that you would use in the kitchen as body lotion …. I can hear some now go: Yuck! Gross! … But think about it. Really? How can you say yuck, yet you buy something from the shelf in the shop that ends up not just on your body, but in your body? Something that is full of harmful chemicals, tested on animals, some are very expensive and don’t do what they promises to do … yet you happily buy into that. Wake up and smell the coconut butter 🙂

1 tablespoon coconut oil (extra virgin)
2-3 tablespoons of Shea Butter (unrefined)
1 tablespoon of Avocado oil
1 tablespoon of Grapeseed oil
Essential oil of your choice

WHISK for a nicer consistency

Fill it into a jar. Mine smells wonderful and is really nourishing.

Have you checked Wikaniko UK for some products? This is where I bought my oils from.

Having all the ingredients in the house including an empty jar this only took me a few minutes to whip it up and it feels amazing. Even my hands feel really smooth. This is so simple you can make it with your kids and USE it on your kids.

I have used Primavera Roses oil for this body butter. It smells of roses (funnily enough) but it is a blend of different flowers as pure rose would be far to expensive. Mmmmmhhhhh!
